Advance Time Requirements
  • ​To ensure availability, please place your order no later than 4 days in advance (for standard design).
  • All cakes sizes 1/4 slab and up require at least 4 days notice (for standard design).
  • Cakes with custom design require at least 2 week prior notice (depending on the complexity of the design).

Minimum Quantity Requirements
  • Please inquire about the minimum quantity that may be applicable to some products.

Storing and Serving Suggestions
  • For best results, all baiser cakes and pastries must be stored frozen.
  • Frozen cakes: Let rest at room temperature for at least 45 minutes before serving.
  • Frozen baiser: Let rest at room temperature for at least 10 minutes before serving.

*Custom cakes taller than 4" - serving     size is 1.5"x2"
